MethodMy method is based around using the students own love and enthusiasm for music to fuel their learning.
From Beginners to Intermediate and Advanced, students will work on songs they have always wanted to learn (as and when appropriate). This will lead into specific areas to work on, such as rhythm playing, theory, scales or just perfecting the songs and having fun playing them.
Be Creative
For those who wish to move beyond the pure business of guitar playing there is a lot I can offer: for example teaching you how to apply the role of the guitar in the arrangement of a song. Students can explore arranging and composing a piece of music and specifically examine the role of guitar in the style of a Pop, Rock or Funk tune.
Improvise
Improvising on guitar is a particularly exciting and rewarding area of guitar playing. I can teach you various aspects of this, from Blues to Jazz and all points between.
